My next book, title and date to be released soon, is a resource I wish I had before my menopausal journey started. For so many women, the experience of menopause can feel confusing, overwhelming, and isolating. Between physical changes, emotional shifts, and societal silence, it’s easy to feel like you’re “losing it”—but you’re not. This book is here to shed light on what menopause really is, what to expect, and how to care for yourself during this significant life transition.
Through a mix of education, practical advice, and self-care strategies, I aim to empower women to embrace menopause as a natural stage of life, not something to dread or hide. The topic is personal to me, not only because of my own experiences but also because of the ongoing stigma that keeps women from feeling informed and supported. To celebrate the launch, I’m hosting a book signing on February 22nd, followed by a special event called “Menopause and Mimosas.” This gathering will bring women together to foster open, honest conversations and create a sense of community—because no woman should go through this alone. It’s time to normalize this conversation, support one another, and redefine what it means to thrive in every stage of life.
